«««««««««« RUNAWAY CHASSIS, LLC DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY There is no warranty, either expressed or implied, written or oral, with respect to any products and services provided by Runaway Chassis, LLC. All products and services and their respective parts are sold "as is" and with "all faults". While Runaway Chassis, LLC products are thoroughly tested under actual race conditions, Runaway Chassis, LLC cannot control the quality of the installation or application of these products. The user shall assume all responsibility and risks associated with purchase or use of any products or services by Runaway Chassis, LLC. The user shall also determine the suitability and safety of the product for its intended use. Should any product or service prove defective, the buyer assumes the entire cost of repair. Runaway Chassis, LLC products are expressly sold for custom car-building, racing, and off road use and are not intended to be used in conventional passenger or other legal highway applications. Runaway Chassis, LLC will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death resulting from the use of any of Runaway Chassis, LLC' products or services or from any statements written or verbal by our officers, management, employees or other persons. In no event shall Runaway Chassis, LLC be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages or any other damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of the products and each part thereof. Runaway Chassis, LLC will also not be liable for any activities, representations or warranties made by any dealer, distributor, manufacturer, or other persons. No officer, management, employee, or sales person of Runaway Chassis, LLC or other person has any authority to make any statements contrary to this agreement. Purchasers are relying solely on their own skill and judgment to select, purchase, and use suitable products and assume all responsibility and risk with regard thereto.

Damages: Runaway Chassis, LLC takes all possible steps to ensure parts arrive in good condition. Please check order completely, while driver is present if possible and have him or her note damages, if any. If damages are due to delivery, call the carrier (UPS, Federal Express, Post Office, Trucking Company, etc...) immediately for an inspection. Hold the original box, packing material, and damaged merchandise for inspection or the carrier will not honor the claim. Runaway Chassis, LLC is not responsible for shipping damages. It is the customers' responsibility to report damages, if any, to shipping carrier.
Missing or Backordered Parts: Inspect the contents of shipment immediately. If parts are missing, check the packing invoice for backordered components. If part is not on backordered invoice, contact Runaway Chassis, LLC to solve the issue.
Return Policy: The following items sold by Runaway Chassis, LLC are mostly custom made. Therefore there are no returns on any item purchased through Runaway Chassis, LLC.
